Weekend Yoga, Detox and Rejuvenation at VanVaas
Two nights of yoga, meditation, pranayama, waterfall walks and mindful time in the mountains near Manali.
THE EXPERIENCE
Breathe. Move. Reconnect.
The original YoloO Life weekend retreat at VanVaas is built around yoga, meditation, mindful movement and the mountain landscape of Soyal Village near Manali. Over two nights and three days, guests move between basic-to-intermediate asanas, pranayama, guided breathing, forest walks and slower shared moments.
The historical programme introduces prana, mudras and grounding practices, with time in meadows and near a waterfall. Local folklore, the Himalayan landscape and evenings with fellow travellers are as important to the experience as formal sessions. It is a nature-led wellbeing holiday rather than a packed sightseeing itinerary.
The day-wise programme below is adapted from the original YoloO itinerary. The appointed facilitator, precise session sequence, meals and stay arrangements for each current edition must be confirmed before travel.
Day 1 — Arrive, ground and connect
Arrive in the Manali area and continue to the VanVaas mountain setting. Settle in and begin with an introductory yoga and meditation session in the greenery. The original programme includes a gentle meadow walk, a grounding and nature-healing session, and an introduction to local village culture and folklore. The evening leaves time for a shared outdoor gathering and stargazing when arranged for the edition.
Day 2 — Yoga, waterfall and the breath
Begin with sunrise yoga and meditation, stretching and basic-to-intermediate asanas adapted to the group. Follow a scenic forest trail towards the mystic waterfall. The source programme introduces the flow of prana, pranayama and ancient yogic breathing techniques in the natural setting. Return for rest and a shared evening; the exact trail, sessions and activities depend on weather and the facilitator.
Day 3 — Golden Meadow and closing circle
A final sunrise yoga session and breakfast lead into a gentle outing towards the Golden Meadows for grounding, forest bathing and breathwork. Return for a closing circle and reflections before checkout. The historical itinerary mentions an optional visit to Naggar Castle; this is not represented as included unless confirmed for the current edition.
For guests interested in yoga, meditation, breathing practices and gentle nature-led experiences. The original programme includes basic-to-intermediate asanas and light outdoor walks. The facilitator should confirm practice level, accessibility and any relevant health limitations before participation. This is not yoga teacher training or medical detox treatment.
Bring comfortable yoga clothing, grippy walking shoes, warm layers, rain protection, sun protection, a water bottle and personal medication. The original YoloO list requests a yoga mat; check current equipment requirements with the facilitator. Follow local guide instructions for forest and waterfall outings.
