How it works
Guests book a date, group size and food preference. The team confirms the venue, whether a bonfire is safe / permitted that day, the menu and any pickup arrangement. If fire conditions are unsuitable, the food experience can still run without a bonfire if the guest agrees.

Safety, weather & responsible use
The bonfire must never be guaranteed. No open fire should be lit during unsafe wind, dry conditions, local restrictions or any period when the venue / authorities do not permit it. Fire extinguishing equipment / water, site clearance, supervision and complete extinguishing after the experience should be part of the operating process.

Is the bonfire guaranteed?
No. Fire depends on local rules, weather and safe conditions.
Can we book only the BBQ?
Yes in principle. The food experience can be offered without a fire when required.
Can I book if I am not staying at Vanvaas?
Yes, subject to venue and transport availability.
Can this be a birthday / anniversary setup?
Yes in principle. Décor and special requests should be quoted separately.
Is this a party event?
The intended format is a small, relaxed mountain evening rather than a loud party product.
